Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

Preferable Location: Philippines   |   Contract

YourWelcome is one of fastest growing start ups in the vacation rental / short stay space. We supply tablets for the apartments, that enable owners to make additional revenue from each guest by up-selling a range of services including late check outs, food delivery, tourist tickets and more. We have tablets in over 320 cities globally and are rapidly growing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will be onboarding customer content, responding to queries and providing basic research support.

Onboarding content:
This will involve you cutting and pasting content into webforms and uploading videos for the properties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong command of the english language to ensure that content is accurate and does not contain any spelling or grammar errors.

Customer support:

- Once you have learned the product, we will show you how to respond to customer queries using templated responses any responses requiring a custom response will continue to be escalated.

This position is remote.
We will provide you with training on the product on how to upload content.
The initial training week will be from 5PM to 1AM so that you can train with the UK team.
This is a full-time position with hours between 2PM to 10 PM Monday through Friday.

ABOUT YOU:

Extremely organised.
Strong english language skills.
University graduate.
Knowledge of the vacation industry would be great but not essential.
