YourWelcome is a leading travel technology company based in Central London and is looking for a remote product specialist who can support our US sales team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This opportunity can be done remotely and preference will be given to those based in the United States in the Eastern Time Zone.
The role requires a candidate with superb communication skills, the ability to create rapport with potential clients and enjoys demonstrating products to potential customers over the web on camera.
- Becoming an expert on the YourWelcome products (Tablets and YW Advanced Subscriptions)
- Providing pre-scheduled video demos with potential client via appear.in (like GoToMeeting, but easier to use).
- Updating the CRM when the demo is complete with relevant customer information.
- Fielding follow-up questions from customers regarding how the product works, the features, and general support questions.
The pay is $10 per hour.
35 Hours Per Week
Hours 1PM and 8PM Eastern
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn the platform and be able to explain or sell the platform to even non tech savvy property owners.
- Easily creates a rapport with customers and puts them at ease when providing a demo.
- Flexible enough to keep up with the ever evolving platform and ability to anticipate and direct the demo to the customer's needs
- Great with scheduling/diary management across different time zones - bonus points if you've used Calendly
- Confident, friendly, enthusiastic/energetic personality.
- Comfortable being on camera during video calls.
- Some prior experience with customer service, product demonstrations or lead generation/ B2B sales experience
