Sales Expansion Manager

BACKGROUND:  


YourWelcome is one of the fastest growing tech businesses in the vacation rental / short term rental space. Our product suite enables owners and operators to add services to their offering by connecting their guests directly to on-demand services such as food delivery and more. We have clients in over 325 cities globally and offices in London, Tampa and Melbourne.

ROLE:  

You will be a resourceful self starter who enjoys finding leads, following up on prospective deals, cold calling, doing online demos and assisting the global sales team to convert pipeline prospects to clients. In addition, you will have experience using and updating sales CRM tools.

You will be reporting to our Head of Business Development and working with sales teams in Europe and US to assist in all aspects of the sales cycle and help ensure sales targets are met.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

- Following up qualified leads and contacts to close sales by combining personal phone contact with emails and / or automated email campaigns
- Completing video demos to prospective clients and following up communications to close
- Working with the wider sales team to identify sales expansion opportunities amongst existing and new clients
- Working with the sales team on lead generation, including cold calling
- Assisting in organising sales trips across Europe and the USA
- Interfacing between the sales team and account management to ensure new trial clients provide expansion opportunities.


KEY CRITERIA:    

- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of sales cycles and updating CRM systems
- Target driven individual
- Ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
